LWB has in place a Customer Call-Centre with simplified and innovative features, making it easy for customers to communicate with it and be assisted effectively. The Call-Centre, situated within Madzi House- Area 3 off Likuni Road- operates all year round, 24/7, and it has improved communication and interaction with customers. The state-of-art Call-Centre is equipped with a feedback mechanism and customer complaints monitoring system which enable LWB assess its performance and effectively respond to customer complaints within specified standards.
