LiSCaP revised the NRW reduction strategy in Sep 2021 as the output of the LWB’s capacity enhancement of planning.

LWB had developed a comprehensive 5-year NRW strategy with a total of 85 activities in April 2019. LiSCaP then conducted review workshops for three times on the strategy and also participated in the mid-term review by LWB staff including the Corporate Management Team (CMT) members.

Revision procedures of the strategy such as evaluation, consolidation and documentation were done by LWB staff members according to their review.

As a result of revision, a clear and smart strategy was developed which included the processes and the viewpoint of planning which had been experienced during the strategy implementation period and that was sustainably transferred to LWB.
