Meter-testing

Over the years, the Board has adopted several innovations and will continue to do so as way of improving its service delivery and as a guarantee that it is not left out on commercially viable innovations suitable for its operations. The Board in 2016 procured State-of-Art meter testing machinery which was duly installed in 2017. The machinery, only available in three African countries, is one of innovations the Board is adopting to improve its customer care services and guarantee customer satisfaction.
