With the new system customers are able to receive bills, disconnections messages, payment confirmation and other messages through SMSs and email. They are also able to access their account information or print their account statement through the website.

The new billing system is more transparent, easy to manage and has improved speed at which customers are assisted thereby reducing queues at enquiries desks. The system allows Customers through their accounts to access information such as bill calculation and tariff category. And through the new system, the Board is able to track customers’ queries.
